To capture those precious memories in stunning photos, consider booking your newborn session during your second trimester. This ensures a spot on my calendar and allows flexibility for your baby’s arrival. Newborns in the 2-3 week window tend to sleep soundly, are more flexible for posing, and showcase those delicate features before baby acne appears. Don’t hesitate to reach out – babies arrive on their own schedule and may have last minute openings available!

In my experience, the ideal window to capture newborns in stunning photographs is within the first 5-10 days after birth. During this ‘sleepy stage’ they are typically more peaceful and easily coaxed into adorable curled poses, resulting in those classically cherished newborn photos. I’m flexible and happy to accommodate scheduling if this timeframe doesn’t work for you. Don’t hesitate to contact me to discuss your newborn photography session!
